Well an egg has 70 calories, I imagine they cook theirs in greese, probably 100-120?
The whole thing has 300; take off the bread -150, the cheese- 50 to 75... the egg is probably around 100, maybe a little less.

80.
McDonalds lets you customize items in their "Bag a McMeal" Nutrition calculator. You just add the item to your "Bag", click the "+" icon next to it, and check/uncheck items as needed.

Thanks Glory. Geez I just restarted getting back on plan but durning my absents I pretty much stayed away from all fast food. The last time I check on calories in Fast Foods was when I began my journey in 2004. They just had a list with calories. I just copied that down. Mc D's fries are a huge trigger food of mine. So I've avoided going there anything to do with them. I will be going on a trip with a friend and 1st thing she said we'll be stopping at Mc D's for breakfast. (good thing it's only breakfast) So I figured an egg or 2 with some watered down juice should hold me. Thank again.

I order a McDonalds Egg Mcmuffin for breakfast a couple days a week and get it with no butter. The english muffin is brushed with butter when it comes out of the toaster. You'll never miss it. They screwed up the other day and it was buttered and it tasted super soggy and weird.

I make my own McMuffin:
egg whites instead of eggs (40 calories and no fat)
whole wheat English muffin (110 calories)
low fat cheese (about 60-70 calories depending on the brand)
and the Canadian bacon I get from Trader Joe's is only 20 calories a slice.
220 calories and much less fat than the actual thing.

There's a really tasty swap in the Hungry Girl cookbook. I use my microwave egg poacher, which I love love love. You use egg whites, fat free american cheese, a slice of lean meat, and a light english muffin. Only 165 calories! Quick and easy too.
