Default Olive Garden

Does anyone know the facts on the salad/breadsticks/Zupakana Soup at the Olive Garden? I LOVE eating there and am going there on Saturday. I'm wondering what the calorie intake or points count would be.

Also...does anyone actually know the count on chicken with broc at a chinese place? The chicken in the light, kind of sweet sauce? It isn't the General Tso's chicken....and it doesn't look like it's fried... ?

OG doesn't seem to provide nutritional info on their website, but here is a link that might help:

I've found the daily plate to be fairly accurate with their nutritional info. It will give you an idea at least.
