Default Lasagna?

Hi, everyone.

My mom is making homemade lasagna tonight for dinner and.. I have no idea how many calories are in it!

She makes her lasagna pretty similar to the store bought kind, so would it be safe to estimate the calories with that?

Do frozen meals usually pack more calories in every serving than homemade versions?

Hey, read the labels of what she uses, look up things that aren't in boxes or containers (like onions etc.) on www.thedailyplate.com, and add it all up, divide it by the number of servings in the pan she makes and go from there.

Is there any chance she could go easy on the cheese on a corner for you? Eat a big salad and a small piece of Lasagne (slowly) and you'll be doing great!

SoulBliss- I'll try seeing everything she used and count the calories that way. Thanks.

Kofarg- I don't think she used too much cheese, but I'm still going to have a small portion and eat a lot of salad she made. Thanks for the advice!

Now the only problem for me is the French bread. Haha
