Default Calcium, Fish Oil, Glucosamine: Timing

Hello,

I have a question about timing the taking of calcium, fish oil, and glucosamine chondroitin supplements.

The bottles say to take 2-3 pills a day. Can I take them all at once and still get full benefit of the supplements, or do I have to space them out? Does anyone know?

Thanks!

I don't know about the fish oil but the body can only absorb about 500mg. of calcium at a time, so if you take more than that, you need to take it at different times of the day. Usually glucosamine pills are so big and you need to take 2 or 3 of them to get the dosage needed. I take one in the morning and one in the evening.
