First a little bit about me. I am 68 year old female. I quit smoking last year and gained lots of weight.
I tried the Weight Watchers Points Plus last year from August thru December and only lost 16 lbs. The last month and a half I couldn't lose an ounce, so I quit.
About two weeks ago I started the WW Plan that I lost 49 lbs on in 1999. Its the Winning Points Plan. So far I've lost almost 4 lbs. I think on pp I ate too much of the free fruit.
Is anyone else still doing one of the old plans?
