Default NEW Chick to the 3 fat chicks fam!

I LOVE the title 3 fat chicks! I refer to myself as a chick all the time so when I saw this I just smiled. SO I've pulled out all of my WW Momentum booklets from 2008. While I actually can afford to join, I just don't want to. I know everyones journey is important, but sometimes meetings can be ***** (can I say that? I forget what the rules said) sessions for the lifers and it gets to be to much. So I need some support. I have gained 20 pounds and then another 10 that just snuck up on me and I have got to get it together. This is above the already 50 over the 'goal' weight so I know I have some work to do.

I joined a 60 day program at a gym but did absolutely nothing in the way of changing my eating habits which is why I lost absolutely NOTHING! I have a few more weeks to go, but honestly I don't really want to see if I gained or lost.

WW worked for me in the past. They changed yet again I think to 360. I left before the points plus kicked in (oh yeah I lost my job... that's why I left). So armed with my Momentum and all the info online I think I'll be ok!!

Hi RandomChick, welcome to 3FC!

Just remember that any recipe or packaged food that you try may be on the new points system. Points Plus are calculated differently. Many foods are higher in points, but your range is also higher. You'll have to manually count your points, because if you mix the two systems, you're sure to either starve or gain weight.

thanks Jennifer! I do remember everyone saying that back when the switch over was happening. I will stick to Momentum!
