Unfortunately, you didn't give WW a chance. The 3 lbs could have just been water weight.

Im not familiar with the old plan, I just started WW in October....but I do Agree that 1 week is not a whole lot of time...especially since you're coming from the old plan.

I understand that we have to do what works for us so good luck to you regardless of what plan you use!!

Thumbs up back on ww for 3 weeks. old plan not pp.

I really love the older style of ww. I find it super helpful that the calculator/tracker app I use on my smart phone allows me to choose. Back in 2007 I lost 68 lbs (in 7 months) on the old plan and I loved it. It works for me and I like it. My mom and I are doing it together and we're both doing great. I've lost 9 pounds and it would be more if I hadn't gotten off track on my birthday weekend. Good luck to everyone!

Me too, I'm so glad I saved all my old plan stuff. I lost 28 pounds on momentum but have been losing and gaining the same 5-7 pounds on points plus. And, if you go to etools and look at the success stories, most if not all lost on momentum and NOT points plus.

I'm starting over again using Flex as well. I tried Points Plus and it did not work for me, I was gaining and losing the same 5 pounds over and over. Flex worked great for me once, but I went off track and gained it all back. Anyway, if you lost your old materials and want to go back to Flex, try downloading MyScore Plus from iTunes. The app allows you to select using the points calculator in the old or new style of points. It also has a directory of points for common foods, a tracker, exercise tracker, etc. I can't remember how much it costs, but using that in combination with Weightbot app to track my losses has really helped me in the past.

My wife and I are doing the new points plus plan together. We done the old plan in the past, both seem to work the same for us. She is down 30 and me 25 in 18 weeks so far, we are both very dedicated to stay the coarse but not trying to race to the end. It was nice starting in Sept. and having a little bit more time before sumer
