Flex Question

  • I used a lot of my weekly flex points this weekend, and weighed in heavy by like 4lbs this morning. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm assuming this isn't "real" gain, but I just want some reassurance!!!
  • I would give it a couple days to even out especially if you ended up eating greasy food or drank beers. Good luck!
  • Yes this has happened to me, and when I look at my log it is usually sodium, and some bad food choices but once I start eating 'normal' that bloat comes right back off. Especially if i eat heavy on the veggies for a day
  • Maybe you should re-think your WI day. I WI on Fridays - during the week I feel I have the most "control" over my food and weekends are when I use my Flex if necessary. It helps me to use save my "cravings" for the weekend where I might use more sodium and I can eat my clean foods and drink lots of water during the week. That might help your false gain issue. It has always worked for me!
