Momentum Recipe challenge anyone?
One of the things that I notice in my WW behavior is that I tend to get in a rut using the same foods, meals, and recipes. How about this group attempting to help each other by trying a new recipe, figuring the points per serving, and posting it here? I want to try at least one new recipe a week.
What do you all think?
