Default can I use WW turnaround flex with current recipes

Hi,

I have all the materials from the turnaround flex program. I would like to start again. Can I use current recipes in WW magazine or is it all geared towards the points plus program. Any thoughts?

sure you can use those recipes, just calculate the points (calories, fat, fiber)instead of using the points plus. Have you ever tried any recipes from Cooking Light? The magazine and cook books are AMAZING, ive never had one bad tasting recipe from there, and i feel like im eating gourmet most of the time

As long as they give the calories/fat/fiber you can recalculate the points for the Flex Program.

However if it's just a point number given it'd be for PointsPlus.
