So I've been on momentum for almost a year, still losing but everyone in my family is talking about the 17 day diet. I have a few questions...first, what is it about? Secondly, would it be possible/a good idea to incorporate it with WW as a boost to my weight loss?
I looked it up briefly (had never heard of it) and from the description it sounded like you could meet the GHG. Grains are not required by the GHG (the GHG suggest whole grains instead of refined grains but require no particular amount of grains or really any). I'm not inclined to do 17 day diet based upon what I've read (I am following a somewhat modified version of a combo of South Beach and Atkins and can follow GHG just fine).
