I believe that the WW site only offers the new plan.

Yep, can't switch back online as WW seems to prefer the PointsPlus formula. You can switch back to momentum on your own, though. That's what I'm currently doing and will probably switch to PointsPlus when I get really close to 150lbs. I think it'd be great for "maintenance" in my opinion.

You cannot switch back to Momentum, as they only support their current plans Points Plus.

If you aren't losing, you might have to look into what you're eating VERY thoroughly. WW has always allowed people to eat what they'd like, but the new plan puts a much larger focus on filling/whole foods. Not to mention some people are confused by Zero Points fruits. Fruits and most veggies are zero points, they are not "free for all". You still have to keep them moderated.

I'd suggest you try at least one more week with Points Plus to see what's going on.

I actually started up again on momentum in April. Like you, I also was not losing weight at all. I actually gained a few pounds! I had to cancel my online membership because they will only let you do PointsPlus. I do tracking the old-fashioned (pen and paper) way. It took some getting used to, but I get all my points values from OneMorePound.com, and I've been really successful. Otherwise, If you have an Android/Iphone, there are lots of apps available to you!

Best of luck!

Magpie: A bunch of my friends are in WW with the new plan. They like it, but have learned--as Lovely said--to watch the "0" point fruits. I restarted the old school program at the beginning of the month with a kit I dug up from YEARS ago.

Good luck! Don't give up.

Macarey: Thanks for adding that site. It's helpful when my sliding scale is MIA!

I did WW in 2003, and loved the program then. Is it still available through WW if you go into the meetings or is everything now just Points plus?

Everything is PP with weight watchers. Even in the meetings
