Hi Everyone! I am doing the old WW plan and just started last week. I stuck with the old plan becuase I already have all the materials and know what I can and can't eat. Anyways, when I exercise everyday and do not use my weekly allowance points I tend to lose around 2-3 pounds a week. What do you all usually average?

I am doing an older WW plan since mid January and I lose about 2.2 lbs a week. YAY!
