How can I fit more in?
Hi all,
How are you all doing? I started propoints (I think you call it flex points) today. I am allowed 43 points because I am breastfeeding and here is what I am eating today. It is still only 36pp and I dont know how to fit more in: Breakfast: Porriadge with teaspoon brown sugar 3pp Morning tea: WW potatoe bakes and banana 2pp Lunch: 4 slices wholemeal bread, 2 cheese slices and onion 10pp afternoon tea: ww nutty cereal 45g and yoghurt 6pp Dinner: steak and veges 6pp Large capuchini with soy milk 4pp 2 pieces of biscotti 4pp Milk for the day 2pp I come from a bacgkround where I restricted by food intake and only ate one meal per day so I am a) findng it hard to eat this anyway but was advised by councellor to go back on ww as it helps me to eat regularly and b) it feels like a lot of food with points still left over.
