New to the flex plan
Today I went with my mom and aunt to a WW meeting - first in a long time. They've got a new leader who I like much better than our old one. This is the first time I'll be doing Flex, though. I've always done Core in the past. I want to do it eating whole foods, nothing boxed or processed. Does anyone have advice for a newbie? Thanks!
