I Changed My BMI!!!

I just went over and updated my weight loss on my tracker and noticed that my BMI number changed. So I looked up my current BMI number and discovered that I am no longer in the Obese category but now in the Overweight category!!

Never thought it would feel could to be in the "overweight" category, LOL!!!!!

my 154 goal will bump me down too :) i'm really looking forward to that day!

i know bmi, just like the scale, is not the perfect measure of our health, but it is STILL a big deal! so YAY for you!!
