Just started WW for the first time last week. Went in, paid, got weighed, was handed the little booklet that has points for food and where they write my weight in and was also given a Get Started book. Was told how to figure out my points for the day and told that there were 35 "extra flex points" to use as I see fit for the week. Sat and listened for the rest of the group meeting.
But...and this is where I feel like I stepped into a hole, no one told me anything more about these "extra 35 points". What are they for? Also now after reading several posts here, I am reading about Activity Points? There was no mention of these at all during my first meeting? Are these things explained a little more each week that I attend meetings? Was there supposed to be an in depth explanation of the Momentum program to new members?? Did I miss something?
Truthfully after reading so many posts, I feel as if maybe the group leader I had may have dropped the ball with myself and the other 3 that were there for the first time??
