I need help figuring out the points for this snack though because I'm getting conflicting numbers:

No Calorie ICBINB spray
No calorie white cheddar popcorn seasoning.
Looking at materials and online, I am coming up with anywhere from 0 to 3 for 3 cups popped.
Can anyone help?? I had some today and wrote down 2 just to cover my bases
