I have my materials from when I went to WW meetings a few years ago, but I'm wondering how the plan has changed. I know there is the new momentum plan and something with filling foods, but what are they? Do I need to go back to the meetings to get that info? I have been trying to do South Beach for the last year and just can't seem to stick to it. Any help with the new WW program would be appreciated. This is now a health issue with me.
