Hi everyone! I've been doing WW for quite some time now and i've had pretty good results following the flex plan but for the past year, (yes a whole darn year!) I've been compeletly stuck in the high 160's! I'd really, really love to get into the 150's even if it's 159, i just want to get down there! The lowest weight i've gotten to is 162 and that lasted probably a day. Anyhoo, I was wondering if anyone has tried or if anyone has had good results points cycling, or one day high another day low.....etc. Any advice would be much appreciated!! Thanks ladies!!
