Good morning! I'm new here, so I figured I'd tell you a little about myself.
I've struggled with my weight my entire life. No matter how many times I've lost weight, I keep getting off track, giving up, and gaining it all back (and sometimes gaining more). I'm thinking that's probably something I have in common with many of you.
This summer, I decided that I didn't feel comfortable in my own body and decided to join WW because I knew it was the safest and surest way to get myself to the weight I wanted to be. Sooo... it's been 2 weeks, and I've lost 5.2 lbs so far. I started out at 194.4, and my ultimate goal is 145 (but I'm not thinking about that yet, really, because it seems an insurmountable task).
Although I have people supporting me IRL, none of them have really experienced being big, so I'm looking for some support here. You all know what I'm going through and what it takes to achieve the goals that I have.
