I always use at least some of my flex points. (I know they're called something else now... WPAs, I think) I am learning, though, that during the weeks where I use all of them, or almost all of them, my loss is slower -- usually 1.something, but closer to 1 than 2. The weeks I've only tapped into about half of them, my loss is on the upper end of one. A couple weeks I even lost more than 2 lbs. I don't have a consistent exercise regimen yet. I think once I incorporate more exercise into my plan, it will be safer for me to use more of my flex points.
