My first week on WW I lost 6.6 lbs. This week I gained 1.2. I'm not too discouraged by it because I'm still down 5.2lbs from my starting weight. They did say it's probably fluid, but I'm just wondering if I should be doing something different. I have a terrible cold and haven't been able to do much walking so I know that I do need to exercise more. I typically only eat about half of my points per day. I was under the assumption that as long as you stay below your points you will lose weight. However since joining this site I have seen some threads where people are trying to make sure they use up all of their points. No one at the meetings has mentioned that to me. Should I be doing this also? It's kind of strange to think that eating more will make you lose weight, but if I'm supposed to I'll give it a try.
