Default Hi Everyone!

Hi Everyone!

I'm Amber, married, live in Maryland, and have 2 boys age 6 and 2.

I'm currently a SAHM but used to be a WAHM and that is mostly where my weight came from. I never had any problems loosing my pregnancy weight, its just everything I gained from office butt for 10ish years.

I've tried lots of things under the sun but have an issue to sticking with things. I want to break that habit this year!!

I did Weight Watchers for a while right after I had my second son but couldn't afford to go to meetings. I still have all of the materials so I plan on reading them again and getting back into it. I just need to get my act together and DO IT!! I did flex at the time and that is what I'll pick up again. Core, while the idea is interesting, seemed too loosey goosey for me.

Hope to get to know you all very soon.

Hi Amber! WW does work, if you stick to it And it is easy to stick to. I'm finally finding that out, after years of rebelling against it!

I live in DC, not too far from you -- we're having wonderful weather. Good for walking. I know what you mean asbout "office butt." I spend most of my life sitting at a computer or a table talking to people. My next goal is to START WALKING!

Welcome! It's a little quiet today, but usually this is a very nice, reasonably busy, and helpful forum.

Welcome. Core seemed the same way to me too. I did it and still do it for a week at a time to change things up, but I usually don't do well on those weeks.
