Hello everyone. I just want to quickly introduce myself. My name is Liz and I joined WW yesterday. I have about 50 lbs or so to lose. I had a baby girl in June 2008 and still have quite a bit of "baby weight" to lose. Ultimately, I want to get down past my pre-PG weight.
I look forward to meeting you all!
I will stay motivated! I will make time to exercise!
The only one that is stopping me from being who I really want to be is me and I refuse to get in my way again!
WELCOME, MY FELLOW STARTER!! GOOD luck to you!!! I am in the same boat, however without the baby weight... unless you are talking about the baby fat that i have maintained throughout my entire life!! haha... I am doing WW too, and let me tell you that it is a great program, just keep going to the meetings, they definitely help!!!
Hi Liz! Welcome!! Quite a few new people, which is great. WW works, it's easy to follow, it's forgiving, AND it trains us how to deal with real food in real situations. So congratulations on getting started! Hope you stick around and let us know how you're doing.
