Hey, LostinCO - how are those blueberry shredded wheats? I saw them in Target the other day and was curious... Tasty? Filling? How sweet are they?
I haven't counted points in AGES. I feel a little rusty. Let's see if I remember things correctly.
Breakfast:
1 c strawberries (1)
2 hard boiled eggs (4)
Lunch:
Romaine salad w/ turkey deli meat and 1 T light dressing (2)
Chicken and rice soup (3)
Light string cheese (1)
Carrots (1)
Snack:
1 scoop Designer Whey protein powder (2)
1 c light soy milk (2)
Dinner:
2 chicken drumsticks, roasted (4)
ear of corn (2) + some butter (1)
green beans
that's 23. Daily target is 27.
I always do this at the beginning, I get stuck in restrictive diet thinking and can't hit my points target. I'll try to find another 4 points in my day somewhere. I hope I got all my points figures right.

Haven't planned today out very well, but will do fine!
Breakfast (6):
Fried Egg Sandwich (4) **Egg cooked in frying pan with Pam.
Yoplait Yogurt (2)
Snack (4):
WW Granola Bar (2)
Banana (2)
Lunch (up to 7):
Maybe Subway Roast Beef or Wendy's Salad or who knows??
Dinner (10):
Turkey Chili (5) **Ended up eating out last night, but within my Points!
Sprinkle Cheese (1)
1 slice French Bread (3)
1 tsp Margarine (1)
POINTS: 27/26
Abluvion: Welcome! I picked up the Blueberry Shredded Wheat for my 2 year old, he was allowed to pick his cereal and I wasn't going to argue with Shredded Wheat! Anyway, they are surprisingly good! They are pretty filling, I pair it with fruit for breakfast, and I think they are tasty. They are sweet, very similar to just the frosted ones or the strawberry Shredded Wheat. They get a 2 thumbs up vote from me! FYI- one serving is 3 Points. Let me know if you try them and what you think!

Yay! Kind of slowing down with my work stuff, so maybe now I can focus on 'me' more.
So far today:
Morning
Chocolate chip pancakes! (4)
Snack
5 Ritz Crackers (2)
Laughing Cow Wedge (1)
Lunch
Burrito (4)
Salad (6!)
Snack
Fruit Cup 1/2 cup (1)
Popcorn 1 Cup (1)
Hmm... need to throw in some more veggies before dinner.
I also need to find better crackers. I only got 5 and it wasn't enough to spread around the cheese.
Forgot to add:
19/28 for today, 9 remaining for dinner.
I really need to get through these bottles of full fat salad dressing. >.< Maybe I'll get the non-fat kind and 'mix'. One tablespoon of one and one tablespoon of the other.
