Beautiful day here today! My new workout DVDs arrive in the mail today, so hoping they are good (and that I actually do them!)!!

Breakfast (4.5):

1 cup Corn Flakes (2)
1/2 cup Almond Milk (1)
Orange & Banana Salad (1.5)

Snack (4.5):

55 Goldfish (3)
Orange & Banana Salad (1.5)

Lunch (10):

Side Salad (2)
2 slices Thin Crust Pizza (8) **Lunch at pizzeria, hopefully I stick to plan!

Dinner (9):

Hamburger Patty (3)
1 slice Swiss Cheese (2)
Summer Squash (0)
Potato Fries (3)
Mayo (1)
Cucumbers (0)

POINTS: 28/26

Didn't do hamburgers last night, made Turkey and Black Bean Enchiladas (Thanks Gina!) and had it with corn and a side salad. So, no, I am not eating hamburgers 2 nights in a row!

I'm struggling to stay on plan these days. Lots of celebrations and traveling (and laziness).

Breakfast (2)
Watermelon

Morning snack (5.5)
1 1/2c oatmeal (4)
cooked w/ 1/4c sweetened condensed milk (1.5)

Lunch (5.5)
1/4 baguette (2.5)
with 1/3c of white bean mash (1)
cooked in 1/2t of veggie oil (2)

Afternoon snack (4)
2 1/2 Zucchini pancakes (3.5)
2T of whole fat yogurt (0.5) mixed with scallions and lemon juice

Dinner (7.5)
3 Zucchini pancakes (4.5)
1/4c whole fat yogurt (0.5) mixed with scallions and lemon juice
Mango (2) ... I love mango season!!!)

Total: 24.5/28

I need to find four more points in there. Fruit juice? Another mango or three? What do you guys do when you find yourself full and under points for the day?

I have WI tomorrow, so crossing my fingers!

Breakfast (4):

1 cup Corn Flakes (2)
1/2 cup Almond Milk (1)
Kiwi (1)
Fiber One Yogurt (0)

Snack (3):

Quaker Granola Bar (2)
Orange (1)

Lunch (9):

1 Turkey and Black Bean Enchilada (5)
2/3 cup Corn (2)
WW Brownie (2)

Dinner (10):

WW Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich (7)
1 cup Watermelon (2)
Side Salad (1)

POINTS: 26/26

Theresac: When I am under my Points but don't have any more meals planned for the day I drank some milk/soy milk/almond milk/etc., I typically don't just drink a glass due to Points, but if I have Points to use it's a quick, healthy way to get some Points. What about including a higher Point food with your last meal if you are afraid of not getting all your Points? Like avocados or whole grains? Most days, if I have extra Points, I treat myself to a WW or Skinny Cow ice cream treat. It is indulgent and a nice way to end the day. If you love mango, have some more!

Today was hard. I got a (planned) burger with friends, then ran into someone with hom I've been trying to set-up an informational interview forever, and she was like, "hey! let's get Indian!" Argh.

Breakfast (0)
Slept in! Yeah!

Lunch I (18)
Small cheeseburger (8)
~20 fries (10)

Lunch II (11.5)
2 Samosas (5.5)
One round of paneer naan (6)

Snack (5)
1/4c Cappuchino ice cream (3.5)
2 hunks of wagasi (West African cheese) marinated in soy sauce (1.5)

Dinner (2)
Mango (2) ... Thank goodness lunch was so big! I'm not hungry yet, but I will be before bed.

Total: 36.5/28. Thank goodness for flex points!

LosinitinCO, milk's a great idea. I keep 1.5% around the house, and could drink a glass before bed. Yay, calcium! Avacados are hard to find out of season here. Sometimes I eat a hard boiled egg, or devil an egg or two, as well.

Today, I didn't even have time to eat, much less exercise. Boo!

Breakfast (1)
Coffee (0) w/ 1T raw honey (1)

Lunch (12.5)
20 fries (10)
w/ 25g of cheddar cheese (2.5)

Dinner (9)
Big salad (0) mixed with
1c maraconi (4) and
faux-asian dressing (5)

I'll have a cup of fruit juice later, and that'll have to do for today. Also, my goodness, fries are a lot of points. An equivalent amount in non-fried potatoes is only like, 3 points. Down with fries!
