I weighed in today and after 1 week I lost 4.2 lbs!! I ate all of my daily points, all of my flex points and even some activity points and still lost that much! My free trial week is over and I think weight watchers is going to be well worth the money.
Mmom – isn’t it crazy? I always lose more when I eat all of my daily & flex points too. Who knew that eating MORE makes you lose weight? It goes against everything I’ve ever been taught but I’ll take it!
