I'm going to have to get used to reading SF as Simply Filling instead of "sugar free", lol.

Doesn't seem like a big change... *Whew* Although I think it is interesting my GL downplayed the monitoring the hunger levels... I thought that was a major tool in this new plan?

I, too, could use a really hard kick in the pants. I've just been floundering. I'm a WW lifetime member and have not been near goal for a very long time. I can't seem to get my act together and have been so tired of counting points. CORE worked for awhile, but then I lost control.
Maybe this is what I need?

I've been away from really trying with WW and coming here since OCTOBER!! And boy, can I tell. I've gained back most of what I lost between April of last year and July or August. Fortunately I spent much of the past month just feeling bloated and uncomfortable, so I finally have the incentive to get back on track.

But YES I have to say that it's causing me a bit of stress to think of trying to work with another spin on the WW plan. I had been doing Flex and liked it a lot while I was doing it. I didn't get a lot of information I was hoping for at the WW website, about this new Momentum plan. I don't go to the meetings, nor do I do WW Online. I was doing WW at home, with the deluxe materials kit that you can buy from WW.

I'm gathering that it's mostly about using most of your points on sensible food choices. I know that certain healthier food choices would fill me up better than a 100 calorie snack pack of something. If that's all it is, then I was trying to do that anyway, but I liked the flexibility of being able to make that decision.

I'm not too certain about new points assignments, though. Not quite getting that. I need to go to WeightWatchers.com again and really hunt for more info. Otherwise, I'm just going to do what I was doing before.
