Let's see if I can round up what I had today - not a very good day but I think I came close to my target.

B: banana (2), pb (2), wrap (1)
S: banana (2)
L: potato (3), margarine (2)
D: chili (2), salad (2)

Other: bun (3), butter (3), banana (2), pb (2), popcicles (4)

=30/25 + 4 AP earned = 1 FP used

edit: 4 more points eaten before bed! = 5 FPs used

Ugh, I'm having a terrible day. I took pictures with my friends yesterday since we were all back from college. Low and behold, I still felt like a fat cow.. I mean sometimes 30lb just doesn't feel like anything :/ I binged. bad. I can't even remember what I ate. I'm hopefully going to be okay tomorrow and get back on track. UGH!

Oh Dominic, I know just how you feel. I've lost about 30 as well and sometimes I see my photos or myself in the mirror and think, where did it all go? I still look the same! Those days are tough. I hope you can pull yourself through it.

Indeed it is Two days in a row, too! I'm not very good at committing 100% to anything dietary restriction-wise... and I comfort myself with the knowledge that I didn't have to buy meat as I still had a bunch in the freezer from a while ago...
