The newer points system on Weight Watchers has a little quiz that you take to determine your daily points. It includes questions about what your job is like as well.
Unfortunately, because it's copyrighted material, we can't post the quiz in the forums. But, you can order kits online, sometimes even find them cheap on Ebay, if you don't feel like going into a meeting to learn about the program.
