Yesterday didn't really go as planned. We are preparing for a garage sale and someone brought pizza! grrrr On the bright side pizza is a good fast food to eat because tomato sauce is good for you!

I am donating blood this afternoon, hopefully I don't give in to a cookie or juice, lol.

the lecture this week was on how Zero point foods add up....

they do you know

3 cups of roasted cauliflower is NOT zero points it's one point

20 baby carrots are one point...

it adds up!

Sept. 12 I've been married for 10 yrs today

B- Toast w/ laughing cow and applebutter 3
zucchini cakes w/ bacon 3

L- high protein bowl from a resturant- 7

d- went to chili's had the guiltless chicken sandwich.

I got on the scale today and was shocked at the number I saw. I will wait to weigh again until Monday.
