Hi guys. I put on this week
. My first proper weigh-in after 2 weeks of the most horrendous flu, so not eating for 2 weeks and no exercise meant that when I started eating again it all piled back on. So up 1kg (2.2 lb) this week.
On the plus side, my weigh-in day is Monday, and today (Thursday) I am back down by 900gm, so have almost lost the extra and will hopefully have more off by next Monday. So I'll make it all up to you, I promise!
