IrishRover if you gained .5 a pound you wouldn't add it to our total lost you would subtract it... so our total is 97.9

plus I am down from 226.6 to 225 (-1.6)

GROUP TOTAL: -99.5

Just under 100 lbs!!!!

I lost 2.8 this week! I'm super happy, I thought for sure I'd gain since my weekend, but luckily I didn't.

Lost 1.5 this past week! Didn't really think I would gain, but didn't really think I would have a loss. My eating was horrible - didn't get all of my points in each day for the whole week... veggies? what are those? Oh.. and water? huh?

If this doesn't teach me or anyone else that it is important to eat ALL points AND drink ALL water as well as follow the healthy guidelines..... lol.

Gonna re-group for this week and make sure that I do what I need to do no matter how busy other people at work think I should be!

Group total - 103.8 lbs lost!

On 8/10 I was 185.4... I didn't get to weigh in on sunday 8/17 I was busy and totally forgot! So this week I'm 184.2...
Loss: 1.2 in two weeks! but i guess it's better than a gain!

i wiegh in tommorow ... but i i just started today and went up .6 lbs ... will this weight be from starting my period or just that i ate too much this week ....stressing...

Don't stress out too much, nhilde You've given yourself only a couple of days, plus it's TOM. You have plenty of time ahead of you.

WTG to all our losers - you ladies are doing great. I maintained this week, which I'm happy with all things considered. No change to group total...

This has been a long.....long.....long no losing summer for me, but.....finally broke my plateau!

Down 7lbs for a group total of 114.8!!!!

Hi guys. I put on this week . My first proper weigh-in after 2 weeks of the most horrendous flu, so not eating for 2 weeks and no exercise meant that when I started eating again it all piled back on. So up 1kg (2.2 lb) this week.

On the plus side, my weigh-in day is Monday, and today (Thursday) I am back down by 900gm, so have almost lost the extra and will hopefully have more off by next Monday. So I'll make it all up to you, I promise!

Group total: 122 lb.

Hey everyone! You all are doing great!

I moved my weigh in day to Saturday instead of Sunday. I seem to check myself on Saturday mornings and forget my Sunday morning weigh in until 11:00..

Anyway - the scale was nice to me this morning. Down 2.5 lbs!

Group total 126.5!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry guys but I had my first gain. All things considered I did well. My doctor (who's my boss) said that it was probably do to stress, which makes me feel ten times better. +0.6
