Everyone is doing great!!
I weigh myself on Friday, but I like checking to see how we're all doing.
I was pleased after this weekend. I am still tending to take the weekends off, at least partly. So between Friday & Sunday, I ate too much fast/junk food.
Even so, I didn't gain. Got on the scale this morning, and it was essentially the same as it was Friday, so I'm happy about that.
Need to cut the "weekend off" days down to one instead of both, but dh, who is mostly fasting, takes off. My loss may not be as fast as if didn't take off, but I'm still losing, so I'm happy.
