So with our lovely moderator Jane's permission, I'm starting up this thread for posterity. We often see people come through here asking, "So just how much
can you lose on the Weight Watchers Flex plan?" Well, here's your answer!
We didn't start keeping track of total weight loss as a group until February of 2008, so that is the first month available. This post will be edited at the end of every month either by myself or our moderator to add the previous month's info. I think it will be very interesting and motivating to see just how much weight we can lose as a group over time!
Also included here will be the number of people who contributed to the weight loss effort each month, since that plays a large role in how much we are able to lose as a group. And do note that "contributors" counts everyone who posted any weight change in a given month, gains and losses alike.
So here it is, this is what the Flex plan can do!
