Default help with grilled shrimp

ok, i had 8 small grilled shrimp 2day from ponderosa. cant find shrimp in the complete food companion. giving it 3 points based on red lobsters nutritional info.

does anyone have a more accurate number. thanks in advance.

I wasn't able to find anything, but I believe your assessement of 3 points is about right. Shrimp is about 1 point per 2 oz. And I find that's about 5 shrimp. But I'm not sure if your shrimp was grilled with anything on it (butter... seasonings...*shrug*) So, it would be between 2 & 3 points.

dwlz.com has two entries for shrimp from Ponderosa - "mini shrimp" (6 for 1 point) and fried shrimp (7 for 5 points). Doesn't sound like either of those are what you got! I'd go with the 3 points to account for whatever glaze they put on.
