Not currently, but I did it before! Well, I think I quit a month before I started losing weight last time.

Sugar-free popcicles became my best friends -- totally satisfies the hand-to-mouth habit without adding a bunch of cals

Good luck! It's a fantastic thing to do for yourself!!

I just noticed your thread, I quit smoking 4 months ago tomorrow....yeah!!!!!
I ate and ate for the first month, I have to admit. But then the next month that seemed to fade. Everyday that goes by, I am more and more thankful that I have quit the evil habit....please do not let the eating discourage you from quitting...it is alot easier to fight the bulge from quitting smoking, than trying to fight Cancer or heart disease.....

Please keep up the fight, eating is something that we have to do to live...smoking is something that we do that will only help us die sooner....

Good luck and you can do it....a few months from now you will look back and be so proud of yourself....

I haven't smoked since high school, but wanted to add my encouragement for you to quit smoking. As has been said, it's the best thing you can do for yourself.

Best of luck to you!

I just wanted to add encouragement to your quitting smoking.

I quit three years ago cold turkey, my hubby quit three months ago using Chantix.
It's not an easy task to quit, but it's the BEST thing you can do for yourself!

You can do it!!!!
