Wink Sweet Cinnamon Bites

I got this recipe from another low carb site and even though they sound gross they are actually pretty good.

Sweet Cinnamon Bites:

1 bag plain pork rinds
Cinnamon
Splenda
Cooking spray

Spray the pork rinds with the cooking spray until they are all evenly coated. Put the rinds in a gallon zip lock bag and add cinnamon and sugar and shack until all the rinds are evenly coated with the mixture. Add as much cinnamon and sugar as you'd like.

9 pieces has: 5g fat 80 calories 0 carbs

Have made these - taste like those taco bell cinnamon crispas! Not carb free- splenda adds carbs - but quite a yummy treat. Don't think about the pork rind part.

I wonder if this would work with baking cocoa instead of cinnamon?

Ummm...I'm not real sure that I buy these having 0 carbs. Splenda has 1 carb per packet & 1 teaspoon of cinnamon is 2 carbs

I think i'll try these, after adding up the carbs... And not tell partner what they're made out of until after! (though I doubt he'd care, thinking about it..)

thanks for the recipie!
