This is taken out of the Heller's Recipe book--looks way yummy!!!
4 slices Canadian bacon
1 tsp. Dijon
1/2 cup sliced and roasted green peppers
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
4 ounces Swiss cheese sliced
Line an oven pan with aluminum foil and place the slices of bacon on the foil. Spread 1/4 tsp. of mustard on each slice of bacon and cover with 1/8 of the pepper strips. Season with black pepper. Add a slice of cheese to each. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
