That does sound good.
I love eating avocados and I have one in my lunch today.
but you know a California avocado has 12 grams of carbs and
a Florida avocado has 27 grams of carbs
when one raw tomato has only 5 grams.
but I am doing a low carb diet too, but I feel its the kind of carbs you eat mater more than anything.
I eat all kinds of fresh fruit and vegies no mater carb content.
I quit white bread, white flower/gravy, white rice, white pasta, flower tortilas, potatos, and replaced all that stuff (in limited quantity) with whole wheat products and brown rice. I quit deep fried stuff with batter coatings, and
I now cook most meats on my health grill, or (shame on me) BBQ.
I don't use any BBQ sauce just spices. I also cut way back on salt.
I am loosing weight finally after all these years...
