Taco seasoning
2 tbs. chili powder
1 1/2 tbs. cumin
1 1/2 tbs. paprika
1 tb. onion powder
1 tb. garlic powder
1/8 to 1/4 cayenne pepper.
Combine all the ingredients, blending well, store in an airtight container. Use 2 tbs. of this mixture to flavor 1 pound of ground beef, turkey or chicken.
*2 tbs. will add just under 2 grams of carbohydrates to a 4 oz. serving of taco meat.
