Squeeze lemons, pour juice into ice cube trays, and freeze.
Place 2-3 lemon cubes in a glass (depending on how sour you like it).
Add 2-3 packets of Splenda or other sweetener as desired (depending on how sweet you like it).
Fill with water.
This is a great way to curb those cravings for sweet drinks and get some lemon in your diet to increase fat burning.
