These are a wonderful snack, really helps satisify the pizza cravings. Especially good if you are a "pepperoni snatcher"
pepperoni (as many as you want to make)
pizza sauce ( I use ragu, it is SF)
pizza cheese blend
Place pepperoni on paper towels and microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Transfer to a plate or baking sheet if using the oven. Place a small dab of pizza sauce in the center of each pepperoni and top with cheese. Microwave or bake until cheese is melted.
YUMMY and low carb too!
( I usually take a pepcid before I eat these
