Cheese Puffs
Serving Size 1-3 people
1-80 gram bag of pork rinds 5 tbls. melted butter 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese. Place pork rinds into a large bowl. Drizzle melted butter 1 tbls. at a time over pork rinds, mixing well as you go. Place 1/2 of coated pork rinds into a large zip lock back and add 1/2 of the grated cheddar cheese. Shake until pork rinds are evenly coated a place in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Repeat process with remaining pork rinds and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated 220 degree oven. Enjoy! Recipe by P. Neuman |
