I made these yesterday for a friend's party.
1 lb. small mozzarella balls, drained and marinated in 3 Tablespoons olive oil and ital. seasoning for a few hours.
8 oz. prosuitto, each slice cut into 4ths.
1 12 ounce jar roasted peppers, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
fresh basil leaves
On a toothpick put 1 piece of roasted pepper, 1 mozzarella ball, 1 basil leaf, and 1 piece of prosuitto, rolled.
Put on a serving platter and eat.
I'm not sure about the carb count. But the mozzarella has 0 carbs, the roasted peppers has 4 for 1/2 jar, and The prosuitto was purchased from a deli, so I have no counts for that.
