Default coconut flour biscuits

This is the sweeter version. You can adjust the ingredients to make them savory. I also like garlic and cheddar.
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
stevia powder (to taste)
a couple pinches of cinnamon (I used about a teaspoon)

1/3 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
a pinch of salt

Beat the eggs and butter. Add stevia and cinnamon and mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients and stir until smooth. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a baking sheet or muffin pan. Bake at 400 for about 15 minutes. They should be slightly brown. I over baked them once and they tasted pretty bad.

I'm curious to try this, but where would I get Coconut Flour?

They sell it at my local grocery store. The one that I bought was made by Bob's Red Mill. It's also sold on Amazon.
