Is White wine allowed in Phase 2? I remember years ago trying a white pizza sauce with artichokes and chicken, it tasted pretty good. You could probably omit the white wine.
This is the sauce that I found that would be useful:
6 tablespoons butter (use I can't believe its not butter or a butter substitute instead)
6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon basil
2 cloves garlic; minced
Saute garlic in butter and olive oil. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
