Thanks for the great ideas glad I checked this site. I am going to take your recipe for the chicken stuffed jalopenos to Hawaii and make them for my son and his wife. Great idea thanks so much for sharing.
Ken's makes a buffalo wing sauce (no sugar) -- I marinade it for at least 5 hours, then put 1 teaspoon of Olive Oil on my grill pan. Literally, that's it! I use chicken tenders or breasts (just cut -- sometimes I make "poppers" and cut into bite sizes)
