I think I'll try this next week w/ some whole wheat spiral noodles, chicken, and broccoli. Mmmmmm, yummy!!! I like the garlic and herb laughing cow, though, so I'll probably use it instead.
Made this tonight and it was YUMMY!!! I doubled the recipe and served it over wheat whole grain spiral pasta w/ chicken and steamed broccoli. The chicken was pan sauteed in olive oil and lemon juice and seasoned w/ lemon pepper, garlic powder, and basil.
