Thumbs up Yummy Buttermilk Garlic Dressing!!!

Im trying to restart on SBD so I thought I would make my favorite dressing SBD-friendly. This is actually a modified copy kat recipe of a salad dressing from Houston's restaurant. I absoloutely love this stuff and its so simple!

Ingredients:
2/3 C. Light Sour Cream
1 C. Low-Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Minced Garlic
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Freshly Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Mustard Powder
2 Tbsp. Sugar-Substitute (Splenda)
1/2 C. Fat-free Buttermilk*

Whisk all ingredients together until smooth, refrigerate. It tastes best after a few hours. You can use it as a dip for veggies too.

*Just a little note... I have actually never used buttermilk for this b/c I never have it in the fridge. I substitute about 1-2 tsp. of lime or lemon juice and enough 1% milk to get 1/2 cup (It's a substitution I found in a cookbook a while ago).Stir and let the lime/milk mix sit for a few minutes till it curdles before mixing it in with the rest of the ingredients.
